Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital software and license keys, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been successfully generated, delivered, and activated on your machine.

Exceptions

We may consider refunds within 14 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

• The software critically fails to run on your system despite meeting the minimum stated technical requirements (Mac/Windows VST3/AU), and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
• Accidental duplicate purchases.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your Order ID and the reason for the request. If approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days via Razorpay.
